Sometimes, it is necessary to split managers’ roles (for example, employees, managers and so on) and add the required number of steps (for example, approval and final approval) for approving customer’s trade accounts. This module allows you to set it up accordingly in the backend of the website.
In addition to it, you can also make either both employees and managers approve a trade account at a certain step or one of these teams be responsible for approving a trade account at each step only.
Furthermore, based on the location of a step in the list (from top to bottom) you can set up the approval process according to your needs. If a step is at the top it will be the first approval stage, but if a step is at the bottom it will be the final approval stage.
The statuses (In progress means that no actions have been taken yet, Approved and Canceled are self-explanatory) of the approval process inform an employee or a manager about its current approval status.
It is possible to change the role for an existing manager as well as disable him/her and reset the password. On top of it, you can access the specifically managed page (where the process of approving customers’ trade accounts takes place) for an existing manager from the backend as well as a newly added manager receives the confirmation email with the access details and can login to the same managed page.
After logging in a manager can see a list of trade accounts that need to be approved as well as their statuses (the current status is in bold). Finally, in order for a manager to make the right decision it is possible for him/her to view the specific trade account including the history of changes and the trade form, approve or decline the trade account and submit comments with an attachment via chat if necessary.
